Crate Escape provides dog walking, day care and boarding in Bolton, Greater Manchester. This page explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect when you use our website and services, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you make a booking request we ask for:

• Your name, email address and phone number — so we can confirm and manage your booking.
• Your postcode and, for home-visit services, your address — so we know where to collect your dog.
• Details about your dog (name, breed, size, age, vaccination status and any notes you add) — so we can care for them properly.

We do not collect any other personal information, and our website does not set cookies or use analytics trackers.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe, a regulated payment provider. When you pay by card you do so on Stripe's secure checkout page — your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's checkout page may set its own cookies for security and fraud prevention.

Where your information is stored

Booking details are stored securely in a database hosted in London, United Kingdom. Emails we send you (booking confirmations and payment links) are delivered through our email provider. We share your information only with these service providers, and only as needed to run the service — we never sell it or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to manage your bookings and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you would like your details removed sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us at any time to:

• show you the information we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong, or
• delete your information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top.
